Patrick Vidonish, DBIA

As Director, Patrick is responsible for client satisfaction, driving operational results, managing resources, cultivating future leaders, and establishing enduring industry relationships. He is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career in the construction industry, marked by a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.

Patrick holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati. His career trajectory has seen him evolve from a Project Engineer at Encore Construction in 2006 (later purchased by Garney) to assuming the role of Director at Garney in 2023.

Based in Dallas, Texas, and with more than 17 years of hands-on experience, Patrick has managed 40 projects, amounting to a cumulative value of $1.8 billion. His proficiency in various project delivery methods, including design-build, progressive design-build, construction manager at-risk (CMAR), and traditional design-bid-build, further showcases his adaptability and versatility. Additionally, as a DBIA-certified Design-Build Professional, Patrick leverages his knowledge, relationships, and resources to optimize project outcomes.

Patrick is a devoted family man. He and his wife enjoy supporting their two daughters in figure skating and softball. He dabbles in an eclectic array of hobbies including fishing, hunting, chess, golf, sporting clays, movies, and avidly following college football.
