Executive Vice President – Pipe East
As Executive Vice President, Jordan is responsible for all pipeline operations in the eastern region of the U.S. In this role, he oversees project acquisition, contract management, staffing, safety, scheduling, and client satisfaction. He works closely with the market leaders in this region and Garney’s executive leadership to set and execute the company’s strategy, tactics, and objectives.
With a passion for constructing heavy utility projects and employee ownership, Jordan made an early decision to enter the water and wastewater industry. Since graduating cum laude from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in construction management, he has managed $600 million worth of water and sewer pipeline projects throughout the eastern U.S.
Jordan is an active member of WEF, AWWA, and NUCA, as well as a certified Associate Design-Build Professional. In 2022, he was recognized as one of ENR MidAtlantic’s Top Young Professionals. In addition, he is involved with several councils within Garney and serves as an ESOP Trust advisory member.
Through his emphasis on learning, leading, team building, employee development, and project delivery, Jordan provides support and opportunities to his teams, clients, and the communities in which Garney works. Jordan was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2023 and is based in Garney’s Fairfax, Virginia, office. He resides there with his wife and children. He and his family enjoy traveling, sports, and spending time outdoors.
