Rivergreen Business Park Lot #6

The Rivergreen Business Park project includes a 13 acre light industrial site that will contain a 155,000 sf center for a leading national developer of industrial properties. Garney’s scope of work includes erosion control, concrete driveway demolition, excavation of 30,000 CY of material, 7,300 tons of graded aggregate base, a 0.5 acre pond, seven 48 manholes, eight storm drain structures, and one 36 sanitary sewer discharge structure. The pipeline portion of the project includes the installation of 1,160 LF of 6 and 8 ductile iron sanitary gravity pipe, 264 LF of 15 and 30 RCP stormwater pipe, 500 LF of 24 and 30 HDPE stormwater pipe, 1,575 LF of 8 ductile iron waterline, one 8 water service connection, and three 6 sewer service connections.
